Her morning starts with a proper cup of coffee because she knows that in just a moment, she’ll be dealing with complex interpersonal relationships. And her favorite activity? Matúš is an expert at working with people. He coordinates individual teams in the restaurants so that everyone knows what to do. He focuses primarily on communication between guests and waiters.
